Summer · Aunēni, 70 km from Riga

An outdoor pirts ritual with an overnight stay at camp site Aunēni, tucked into the edge of a pine forest an hour from Riga.

18:00 — we prepare the whisks and the sauna together19:00 — the ritual begins
Night in a warm hammock under the trees
11:00 next morning — a proper breakfast, then wander the woods or head home
Everything is provided — ritual kit, hammocks, a light dinner and a hearty breakfast
Alcohol doesn’t pair with the ritual. :) If needed, an alcohol-free beer is a fine option
This is the Latvian outdoors — mosquitoes, ticks and midges included :)

Weekday evenings: a hot sauna (pirts), crisp air, and the guided restorative ritual minutes from the city.
